Services
Appointment times are subject to individual needs, and can be scheduled in 30, 45, or 60 minute sessions. Patients are provided a safe space, void of judgment or criticism, to discuss goals/challenges/stressors.
Wellness Consultation
I provide accountability and encouragement to those individuals who are navigating through their personal health journeys. This includes a comprehensive, holistic approach, in order to determine the best ways for you to reach your goals.
Lifestyle Coaching
Techniques such as goal setting, developing strategies to make informed choices about food and meal planning that is evidence based, incorporating exercise plans unique to individual needs, and stress management techniques that can be incorporated daily.
Chronic Disease Management
Addressing conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and more, as well as individuals struggling with hormonal imbalances and infertility, using practical tools and natural modalities geared toward self-management.
